Your privacy choices

The fastest way: in the app

If you can sign in to frinq, open Your data in the app. You can:

download everything we hold about you, straight away;
delete everything, straight away;
turn off the sensitive answers used for matching (we delete them and pause introductions);
turn off texts and emails.

frinq.in uses advertising and analytics cookies to measure our ads (see Cookies). Answers you give in the app are never shared with advertisers.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "off", and this switch will show that.

We don't sell personal information.

Use this if you can't sign in, or want something the app can't do yet (a correction, a copy of your voice recordings or photos, an appeal).

Identity check. We confirm it's you before releasing or deleting anything.
Timing. We answer within 45 days, and may extend that once by 45 days if needed, telling you why.
Cost. Requests are free.
Agents. Someone you've authorized can ask for you; we'll check both.
Appeals. If we say no, reply "appeal". Someone who wasn't involved in the first decision will look again. If you're in Connecticut and we deny your appeal, you can contact the Connecticut Attorney General.
